Our Founder

Culinary Visionary & Cultural Ambassador

Dina El Sabban is a gastronomic visionary and a passionate believer that culinary experiences can foster cultural integration. As the first Egyptian graduate of the acclaimed Institut Paul Bocuse, and through years of experience as a Four Seasons catering manager, Sabban honed her mastery alongside Michelin-starred chefs, setting the stage for a global epicurean odyssey.

Shaped by a multidimensional background; a Master’s in Culinary Arts, business acumen from the London School of Business and Finance, and over 12 years of experience, informs the making of Sabban’s debut as more than a chef, but as a storyteller and “cultural chameleon.”

Utilizing historical landmarks as portals to the past, In order to serve the mission of preserving the cherished heritage of the region while creating sensory banquets that connect people through the universal language of food.

The First Stop: Egypt

2021

National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The first Mawlay Experience was launched at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, welcoming 8,000 visitors during a 20-day journey.

2022

Salah Al-Din Citadel

The historic Salah Al-Din Citadel was transformed into a cultural journey, where we hosted 15,000 guests over the course of 26 days.

2023

Abdeen Palace

Visitors enjoyed an exclusive 17-day Ramadan activation at Abdeen Palace, hosting 9,000 guests for a "Royal Iftar" at one of Egypt's most distinguished landmarks.

2024

The Royal Tour

We Curating a historic tour across four Egyptian Royal Palaces: Abdeen, Qubba, Tahra, and Haramlek In Alexandria. This monumental event marked their first public opening since 1952, with 16,000 visitors over 22 days.

The Second Stop: Saudi Arabia

2025

Riyadh

Building on the achievements in Egypt, Beit El Sabban established its presence in the Saudi heritage landscape with a refined Ramadan residency in the heart of Diriyah, blending distinct flavors with a charming atmosphere.

AlUla

We Continuing the journey with a headline experience at the Winter at Tantora Festival in AlUla, merging authentic Egyptian heritage with the natural charm of the Kingdom's most iconic cultural site.
